TERMS OF SERVICE

1. The service

ONION MARKET is a digital marketplace that sells legitimate digital products: gift cards, digital codes, software licenses, digital files and similar goods. All products are delivered electronically.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for the security of your credentials. Accounts may be suspended for abuse, fraud attempts or violation of these terms.

3. Wallet balance

Your wallet balance is a stored-value balance used to purchase products. Top-ups are credited only after successful review of your payment. The transaction ledger records every movement of your balance.

4. Purchases

By purchasing, you agree that digital products are delivered instantly and that the marketplace cannot guarantee third-party platform acceptance of purchased cards or codes.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to access another user's account, orders or product keys.
• Fraudulent payment receipts or chargebacks.
• Reselling product keys in violation of the product terms.
• Attacking, scanning or disrupting the marketplace infrastructure.

6. Limitation of liability

The marketplace is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, beyond the amount paid for the affected order.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
